ABOUT MELISSA BECK

Comedienne and television personality who first rose to fame in 2000 starring on the ninth season of the Real World: New Orleans. She then went on to star in a number of MTV series and she became a cast member on Oxygen's Girls Behaving Badly.

Before applying for the Real World, she graduated with a degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of South Florida.

She flirted with an acting career, appearing as a reporter in a 2000 episode of The Jamie Foxx Show.

She has two siblings, an older sister, Marlene, and a younger brother, Michael. Her maiden name is Howard and she married Glassjaw guitarist Justin Beck in 2007. They have two daughters named Shalom Mazie and Maja Ilani.

In 2005, she starred alongside Ryan Starr and Will Kirby on Bravo's series Battle of the Network Reality Stars.
