ABOUT MELVIN BABU

DJ and one-third of the hip hop trio known as Dilated Peoples who redefined the art of Beat Juggling. He's been a prominent member of the World Famous Beat Junkies DJ crew whose bestknown for their hit record Super Duck Breaks. He's also been the host of Soundcheck for Beat Junkie Radio on Dash Radio.

He began making mixtape in the early 90s and joined the Beat Junkies in 1992.

He won multiple competitions for rap battling including the Vestax World Championships.

He was born Melvin Babu in Washington D.C. but is better known as Babu.

He and rapper Evidence are both members of the Beat Junkies DJ crew.
