Micah Lancaster
ABOUT MICAH LANCASTER
Former guard whose professional career consisted of one year with the Grand Rapids Flight of the International Basketball League. He became better known as an athletic trainer specializng in basketball skill development.
He was only 4'11' when he played high school basketball as a freshman. He accepted a scholarship to Spring Arbor University, where he was a NAIA Division II All-American for three years.
He founded the I'm Possible Training program in 2009.
He and his wife Kristen have a daughter named Hadley Paige Lancaster.
He's worked with NBA players like Kobe Bryant , Dwyane Wade and Kyrie Irving .
