Co-founder of Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants who went on to own eleven total restaurants, including Jump, Canoe, Luma and Bannock. He was a judge on the show MasterChef Canada .
He founded his first restaurant, Jump, in 1993 with his business partner Peter Oliver.
He was featured on Cook Like A Chef. He became a resident chef for The Marilyn Denis Show.
He is British-Canadian, and is of Italian descent.
He and Claudio Aprile have served as judges on MasterChef Canada.
