ABOUT MICHAEL CARTER II
NFL defensive back that was first taken by the New York Jets as a fifth round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. Prior to being drafted, he played college football at Duke University . While at Duke, he was a three-time member of the All-ACCÂ Academic team.
He was considered a three-star athlete at South Paulding High School. In addition to football, he also played baseball.
He made his official NFL debut playing against the Carolina Panthers during week one of the 2021 regular season. During that 19-14 loss, he recorded five tackles.
Growing up, he lived with his parents in Douglasville, Georgia.
He was selected during the 2021 NFL Draft just like Trey Lance and Ja'Marr Chase .
