He was a student in Vienna and Berlin and trained with Ferruccio Busoni .
His few recordings included Mozart's Piano Concerto In D Minor, K.466 and Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini by Rachmaninoff.
He married and divorced Aniela (Nela) Młynarska who was the daughter of Polish conductor, violinist, composer, and pedagogue Emil Młynarski.
His ex-wife remarried, this time to Arthur Rubinstein .
