He began his career performing standup comedy and local venues.

He released a comedy album titled Oficial Gordillo: No Pasar, Peligro Risas.

He was born in Argentina. He married architect Soraya Mafud and they have two children named Juampi and Luly.

He and fellow TV personality Belén Rodríguez were both born in Argentina.
