Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and former WEC Bantamweight Champion who made his UFC debut in 2011.

He fought in small, undocumented events in Indiana during the early part of his career before moving on to fight in Total Fight Challenge and Ironheart Crown.

He became known for his iconic mullet, which he says was inspired by his father.

He was born in East Chicago, Indiana.

He was temporarily banned from the UFC by president Dana White because of inappropriate tweets sent in 2011.
