In 2015, she won the Junior Miss Amazing competition.

She began dancing at a young age and competed in gymnastics in the Special Olympics.

He mother Sandi Holmgren encouraged her to pursue her dreams of participating in pageants.

Both she and Halima Aden have competed in the Miss Minnesota USA pageant.
