He has a Bachelor's Degree from University of Kansas . His landed his first job in TV working for the WIBW-TV channel in Kansas.

He has hosted two TV game shows, Perfect Match and What are My True Colors? In 2015, he announced he was running for Mayor of Philadelphia as an April Fool's joke.

He has two children.
