Underground film director of campy low-budget films such as Sins of the Fleshapoids.
He began making films as a teenager.
His two short films Swan Song and Dumped played at the Vienna International Film Festival.
His twin brother George Kuchar also participated in the underground film scene.
He and his brother wrote a book called Reflections from a Cinematic Cesspool, for which legendary director John Waters wrote the foreword.
