American football offensive tackle for the Denver Broncos of the NFL. He also played college football at the University of Notre Dame . His football fame has led him to amass over 70,000 followers on his mmcglinch68 Instagram account.

He attended William Penn Charter School.

He was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft and was the first offensive tackle drafted in 2018 and the second offensive lineman selected, behind Notre Dame teammate Quenton Nelson .

His parents are Mike McGlinchey, Sr., and Janet McGlinchey. His brother Dan McCain passed away in 2023. In July 2023, he got married to Brooke McGlinchey.

His cousin, Matt Ryan , is a former NFL quarterback.
