Music producer, independent talent scout, and founder of BmikeroB Entertainment. When finding new artists to represent, his emphasis is on their business development as opposed to their talent development.
He was a talent scout for a variety of television, digital, and music platforms, influding BET Experience, The Voice, So You Think You Can Dance, BET's 106 & Park, Blaze The Stage. He founded and held the CEO position for 7 years at UGMX Development Studios.
He has been the brand consultant for Vlado Footwear and Monster Products. He hosts a radio show to push his independent music artists.
He is a proud grandfather.
He worked closely with rapper Silento , among others, during his brand consulting for Vlado Footwear.
