ABOUT MILES MCBRIDE

Professional guard that was drafted by the New York Knicks as the 36th overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft. While at West Virginia University , he earned second-team All-Big 12 honors during his sophomore season.

He attended Moeller High School, where he was a two-sport athlete, playing basketball and as the quarterback of his school's football team.

During the first round of the 2021 NCAA tournament, he scored a career-high 30 points, while racking up six rebounds and six assists in a victory against Morehead State.  He had a breakout performance for the Knicks in the 2024 NBA playoffs.  His nickname is Deuce.

He is the son of Walt and Kim McBride. Both of his parents were college athletes. In 2022, he began dating Ana Zortea. In February 2025, they announced they were expecting their first child together. In June 2025, they welcomed their daughter Ace Katherine.

He played alongside Jaxson Hayes as a student at Moeller High School.
