She attended American University in Cairo where she studied Political Science.

She was one of the highest paid talk show hosts in Egypt, brokering a deal worth 2-3 million Egyptian pounds annually.

She was born in Cairo.

She has interviewed a number of foreign politicians, including former US President, George W. Bush .
