ABOUT MOSES SITHOLE
Serial killer from South Africa sometimes referred to as "The ABC Killer" who killed 38 people in the 90's. His 1997 sentence amounted to a total of 2,410 years behind bars.
He spent seven years in prison for rape as a teenager.
His moniker "The ABC Killer" is a reference to the cities in which he committed his murders: Atteridgeville, Boksburg and Cleveland.
He was raised in an orphanage after his father died and his mother abandoned him.
At one point, South African President Nelson Mandela traveled to Boksburg to ask for the public's help in catching the person who committed Sithole's crimes.
