ABOUT MYLES TURNER

Power forward/center who was named Big 12 Freshman of the Year during his only collegiate season at the University of Texas. He was selected 11th overall in the 2015 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers.

He was a McDonald's All-American his senior year at Trinity High School.

He helped the United States win a gold medal at the 2014 FIBA Americas U-18 Championship. His basketball fame has led him to gain over 300,000 followers on Instagram.

He was born to David and Mary Turner in Bedford, Texas. He has a younger sister named Mya.

He was coached by Rick Barnes at the University of Texas.
