ABOUT NAG ASHWIN
Indian filmmaker, online content creator, director, social media personality, and Instagram star who is known for his work in Telugu-language cinema. He rose to fame after the release of his directorial debut, 2015's Yevade Subramanyam, for which he won a Nandi Award.
He studied mass communication at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education and film direction at the New York Film Academy.
He would go on to gain further renown for his work on the 2018 biographical drama film Mahanati. His nag_ashwin Instagram account, which features family photos and highlights from his travels, has gained upwards of 400,000 followers. In the year 2016, he traveled to Venice, Italy with his family.
He and film producer Priyanka Dutt tied the knot in the year 2015. His parents, Jayaram and Jayanthi Reddy, are doctors.
As the director of the 2024 science fiction film Kalki 2898 AD, he worked with actor Amitabh Bachchan .
