ABOUT NAUM PANOVSKI
Macedonian-born theatrical director, author, and theatre critic who once serviced as the Poiesis Theatre Project Artistic Director in New York.
He received theatre degrees from both the University of Belgrade and the University of Texas, Dallas.
He published his theoretical work "Theatre as a Weapon" in 1991.
His family lived in Skopje, Macedonia, at the time of his birth.
His theatrical aesthetic was inspired by the experimental work of playwrights like Antonin Artaud .
