Fitness instructor and Instagram star who is best known for her variety of fitness related content including nutritional advice as well as workout techniques.

With a passion for fitness at a young age, she decided to pursue a career in personal training. By working with several gyms around California and by participating in a variety of fitness festivals around the U.S., she was able to attract a huge following and continue to pursue her career in fitness.

She attended Sweatfest in 2017 at Iron Addicts Gym in Signal Hill, California.

She has a son named Kori who can be seen on her Instagram account.

She hosted a special workout class in Atlanta with fellow fitness instructor Dawn Estelle Archer at Pretty Girls Sweat Fest in 2017.
