Pop singer and songwriter best recognized for his writing work on the 2015 song "Electric Love" by Børns , which has been streamed over 750 million times globally. He is also be recognized for his work collaborating with Machine Gun Kelly and blackbear on the 2020 song "My Ex's Best Friend" which has been streamed over 500 million times globally. He is a member of the American Indie pop music group Dark Waves.

He first began playing instruments as a young child growing up. When he was five years old, his parents brought him his first instrument, a drum.

He founded his group Dark Waves in 2014, and in September of the same year, they released their debut album. Their song "I Don't Wanna Be In Love" was featured in an episode of the American drama series Vampire Diaries.

He is a native of Santa Barbara, California. He and his girlfriend, Julia, announced that they were expecting during a May 19, 2022 Instagram post on his dark_waves account. They welcomed their child into the world in September 2022.

He has collaborated to make music with artists such as King Princess , Bebe Rexha , Dua Lipa , The Kid Laroi and many more.
