Wife of Jon Taffer , the host of Bar Rescue. She appeared in 11 episodes between 2011 and 2013. In the show, she would scout out the bars and provide intel to her husband before he arrived to critique and fix them. She was a major focus in the episode, "Don't Mess with Taffer's Wife," in which a bar owner in Las Vegas tries to make a move on her when she visits, which made her husband angry.

She married her husband in the year 2000 and began appearing on his television show in 2011.

She is a philantropist and advocates for Keep Memory Alive, a charity that helps those affected by mental disorders. In April of 2017, she and her husband donated their time to helping St. Jude's Ranch for Children, offering a night of fine dining with them to the highest bidder. She posts memes as well as photos of family and friends on her nicoletaffer Instagram page, which has gained 10,000 followers. Her husband released the book Raise the Bar: An Action-Based Method for Maximum Customer Reactions in October of 2013.

She met her husband, Jon, at Super Bowl XXX in 1996.

She is married to Jon Taffer .
