ABOUT NISHA PARMAR

Private celebrity chef, food writer, and menu consultant nicknamed the "Queen of dinner parties," who became a semifinalist of MasterChef UK Series 14 in 2018. She invented the revolutionary Niche Kitchen Tool, which handles seven tasks in one. She has also served as a brand ambassador for Shivering Mountain Premium Craft Gin.

After graduating from Preston Manor High School, she went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in management and marketing with textiles from the University of Manchester . Prior to entering the culinary field, she worked as an associate banker for Citi.

She authored a book that was published in 2024 called Share: Asian-Inspired Dinner Party Dishes. She was inspired to write the book during her travels throughout Asia. In addition to its collection of her original recipes, the book also offers her expert advice on menu planning and tablescaping, equipping readers to entertain guests with style.

She and her husband have two sons together.

Her 2024 book Share: Asian-Inspired Dinner Party Dishes has received praise from fellow cookbook authors Melissa Hemsley and Joe Wicks .
