Best known for his role as Will Byers in the popular Netflix series Stranger Things . He made his big screen debut in the 2015 Steven Spielberg film Bridge of Spies . The same year, he voiced the lead character, Charlie Brown, in Steve Martino's The Peanuts Movie . In 2020, he starred in the Netflix movie Hubie Halloween .
He first began acting when he was six years old. His acting teacher recommended he pursue acting professionally two years later.
He co-founded a virtual restaurant called TenderFix. He has appeared in movies such as Abe, Waiting for Anya and We Only Know So Much. He appeared in the music video for Panic! at the Disco 's "LA Devotee."
He was born to Canadian-American parents from Montreal. He has a twin sister. He has a dog named Spaghetti who has his own Twitter account. He also has a dog named Riley with an Instagram account at rileythehusky3.
He worked alongside Oscar winner Tom Hanks in Bridge of Spies. He also worked opposite Millie Bobby Brown and Winona Ryder in Stranger Things.
