ABOUT OCHMAN
Polish American who represented Poland at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "River", finishing 12th overall. He posts about upcoming performances, awards, and his personal life to more than 100,000 followers on his Instagram account krystianochman.
He started to take singing lessons during his high school years. After graduating high school in Maryland, he enrolled at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice Poland. In 2020, he auditioned for the eleventh season of The Voice of Poland with the song "Beneath Your Beautiful" by Labrinth, and won his season of the contest show.
His full name is Krystian Jan Ochman. After winning The Voice of Poland, he signed a contract with Universal Music Polska.
He is the grandson of the Polish tenor Wiesław Ochman, a Polish tenor singer. He is a dual citizen of Poland and of the United States.
For the final of The Voice of Poland, he performed the song "My Way" by Frank Sinatra .
