ABOUT OMAAD NAZIR

Fitness instructor who is known for offering online courses and a wide range of training programs. He is also the co-founder of Mr. Prep, a gourmet fitness food and exercise program. He shares his workout photos and fitness modeling shots through Instagram for his over 100,000 followers.

He first began sharing fitness related content through his personal Instagram in May of 2015. He went on to found his Mr. Prep food and fitness company in May of 2016.

He is known for having earned representation from the fitness company BPI Sports which he promotes through his Instagram. He is known for his association with the company Fitby as well.

He shared a photo with his nephew through his Instagram in February of 2018.
