ABOUT OMAR MOHAMED

Professional midfielder that was signed by the Menemenspor Football Club in January 2021. He has also made appearances as a member of the Somalian national team.

He began his youth soccer career playing for FC Blast, before eventually playing for the Columbus Crew's youth club.

He made his international debut playing against the Zimbabwean national team on September 5, 2019.

Although he was born in Mogadishu, Somalia he moved with his family to Columbus, Ohio.

He posted an Instagram photo of fellow soccer player Ayub Daud in December 2016.
