ABOUT OREL MANGALA

Professional defensive midfielder and athlete that originally began his club soccer career with VfB Stuttgart of the German Bundesliga in the year 2017. Since then, he has played soccer professionally in several international leagues across regions such as Germany, England, and France.

As a kid, he initially began his youth soccer career with RSC Anderlecht. He also played for Borussia Dortmund during his youth soccer career.

He made his official international team debut with Belgium while playing against Ireland on the date of March 26, 2022. The match ended in a 2-2 draw. He is also a member of the Belgian men's national team. He stands five feet, ten inches tall.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Brussels, Belgium. He is of Congolese descent.

He has played alongside Kevin De Bruyne as a member of Team Belgium during his international career.
