ABOUT OTTO PORTER JR.

Professional basketball player who debuted in the NBA for the Washington Wizards in 2013. He signed with the Golden State Warriors in 2021 and helped the team win an NBA title in 2021-22.

He played basketball at Scott County Central High School.

He was the third overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft out of Georgetown University . He was a consensus first-team All-American during his second and final season at Georgetown.

His parents Otto Sr. and Elnora Porter both played basketball growing up.

He was named the Big East Player of the Year in 2013, an award previously won by another Georgetown great, Patrick Ewing .
