Fitness model and social media sensation who's gained more than 7 million followers on Instagram posting photos and exercise videos. She also founded the Naturally PAM healthy food brand and has co-hosted the Schaumermal Podcast with her brother.

She first joined and began posting to Instagram in July 2012.

She published her first book titled Strong & Beautiful in March 2017. In November of 2020, she was featured in Forbes as one of Germany's most influential fitness personalities.

Though native to Germany, she is also fluent in English. She has a brother named Dennis.

Much like Ana Cheri , she has been a model and brand ambassador for Shredz supplements.
