Park Jung-jin
ABOUT PARK JUNG-JIN
South Korean professional baseball player who plays for the Hanwha Eagles in the Korean professional baseball league. He has played for the Eagles since 1999 as a left-handed relief pitcher. He also had a successful career as an amateur and won the Under-18 Baseball World Cup in 1994 and the Asian Baseball Championship in 1997.
He attended Yonsei University.
He left the Eagles in 2004 to enroll in mandatory military service and rejoined the team in 2008.
He was born in Cheongju, the capital city of the North Chungcheong Province in South Korea.
Australian baseball player Brad Thompson was his teammate on the Eagles until 2009.
