ABOUT PAT BARBER

Fitness instructor and Instagram star who is known for posting a variety of workout techniques and Crossfit programs to his over 30,000 Instagram followers. He is also known for being the founder and coaching developer for Warm Up and Work Out.

He first began posting pictures to his Instagram in September of 2012.

In addition to his fitness work, he is also known for his passion in skateboarding and surfing and posts a variety of pictures of him performing both to his Instagram.

He was born and raised in California and often posts pictures to his Instagram of his sons and wife.
