Reality star who rose to fame as the grandmother of The Only Way Is Essex stars Cory Booker and Jessica Wright. She passed away at the age of 80 following a short illness.

She was born in London's East End and had to care for her father and brother after her mother died when she was 12.

Her 80th birthday was celebrated on the show and she arrived at the party in a horse-drawn carriage.

Intially she didn't want to appear on the popular British reality show, but after her grandson talked her up to producers, she appeared on one episode and was so popular she became a staple.

Kate Wright , Elliott Wright and Carol Wright have also all appeared on The Only Way Is Essex.
