ABOUT PAUL GOLDSMITH
He most notably raced in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series from 1956-1969, where he won nine races.
He began his career in the 1940s as a motorcycle racer in the A.M.A. Grand National Championship.
He was inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America, and the AMA Hall of Fame.
He was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
He raced in six Indy 500 races, with the final one coming in 1963, where Parnelli Jones was the winner.
