Bodybuilder and fitness model who found an audience on Instagram by showcasing heavy lifting and sharing his progress with his more than 70,000 fans. He frequently posts photos of cars and occasionally cosplays.
He learned classical guitar in his youth and later dedicated himself to fitness in high school.
In 2007, he launched his own nutrition supplement company. He has collaborated with Omni Energy Drink.
His mother was a ballet instructor in South Korea. His father was a bodybuilder who was named Mr. Korea and Mr. Seoul.
He posed for a photo with fellow bodybuilder Terrence Ruffin in August of 2019.
