ABOUT PERVIN BULDAN

Politician known for her affiliation with Turkey's Democratic Society Party. She served as a deputy speaker in the 26th Parliament of Turkey and was elected co-leader of the Peoples' Democratic Party.

She founded the missing persons association Yakay-Der.

She led an investigation into the Armenian nuclear power plant at Metsamor.

She was married to Savaş Buldan.

Both she and fellow politician Muharrem Ince were born in Turkey.
