ABOUT PJ WALKER

Quarterback who signed with the Carolina Panthers in 2020 after having a sensational season for the Houston Roughnecks of the XFL. He led the XFL in both passing yards and touchdowns in 2020.

He played collegiate football for Temple University .

He signed as an undrafted free agent by the Indianapolis Colts in 2017. He is the Temple University Owls all-time leader in wins by a starting quarterback. While playing for Carolina, he was reunited with Matt Rhule , his old football coach at Temple, who was the head coach of the Panthers from 2020-2022.

He was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Both he and Baker Mayfield play the quarterback position for the Panthers.
