She grew up in a highly influential family and is the granddaughter of famed civil rights leader, Hosea Williams .
She has also appeared as a video vixen, dancing in Lil Scrappy 's 2004 music video for song "Some Cut."
She divorced former NFL quarterback Kordell Stewart in 2013. In October 2018, she became engaged to Dennis McKinley after less than a year of dating, but the two separated in June 2019. She and McKinley have a daughter named Pilar. She married Simon Guobadia in November 2023.
She and Nene Leakes often feuded on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
