Salvadoran midfielder who became 1 of the 14 players to a lifetime ban by FIFA in 2013 for his involvement in a match-fixing scandal. He had previously played for league clubs like San Salvador, Isidro Metapan and the San Jose Earthquakes as well as the Salvadoran national team.

He was born in San Juan Opico, El Salvador and got his start in professional soccer with Juventud Independiente in 1998.

After being banned by FIFA, he signed with Zakho FC in Iraqi Premiere League. He was able to do due to the fact that the league is not officially recognized by FIFA.

He has a son named Rodrigo.

He was teammates with goalkeeper Steve Purdy on the Salvadoran squad at the 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
