Hall of Fame offensive guard who played the bulk of his career with the Minnesota Vikings.

He made it to Arizona State's first ever Rose Bowl.

He became the first Arizona-born player to be inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame.

He married Marianne McDaniel in 1989.

Part of the NFL's 1990s All-Decade Team, which also included Jerry Rice .
