Known best for hosting reality television programs and game shows such as Acorralados (The Farm-Spain), Peking Express, and Supernanny, this Spanish television personality also worked as a news reporter.

After earning a degree in journalism, she worked at a television station in her native Plasencia, Spain, before being hired by Telemadrid and, later, Canal+.

She penned a 2008 book titled Cambio Principe por Lobo Feroz.

In 2012, she married cameraman Mario Biondo.

Like Big Brother-Spain host Mercedes Mila , Sanchez-Silva had a successful career as a Spanish reality TV presenter.
