ABOUT RASHOD BATEMAN
Wide receiver who rose to prominence playing for the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers. He finished as the Big Ten Richter-Howard Receiver of the Year, and on the All-American second-team as a sophomore in 2019.
He committed to play college football for Minnesota following his junior year in high school. Following a prolific senior season, he received more offers, but chose to stick to his commitment to Minnesota.
He finished on the All-Big Ten third-team as a junior in 2020. He had previously opted out of the 2020 season due to his concerns over COVID-19 before changing his mind and being reinstated.
His mom's name is LaShonda. His step-dad's name is Roderick.
He played alongside Antoine Winfield Jr. as a sophomore for the Minnesota Golden Gophers in 2019.
