ABOUT RATNADEEP ADIVREKAR
Indian painter and artist known for his paintings focusing on Indian and global myths and the use of symbolic imagery. His most well-known work includes "Memoirs Of The Unreal City" (2003), "Refraction of Ideas" (2004), "Discourse of Prismatic Truths" (2011), and "I Remember You From Tomorrow" (2022).
He attended Sir JJ School of Art and received his BFA in the year 1997.
His exhibition "Memoirs Of The Unreal City" (2003) received the prestigious Emerging Artist of the Year 2003 at the Harmony show. He also received the National Scholarship by Lalit Kala Akademi in 2001 and the "MVUVM Award" for Achievement in the Field of Art in the year 2017.
He was born and raised in Mumbai, India. He grew up in a family of artists.
His solo exhibition "Memoirs of the Unreal City" (2003) was inspired by TS Eliot 's work.
