ABOUT REGGIE WORKMAN
Jazz bassist known for his work within the avant-garde scene. He has released albums as a bandleader, like 1986's Synthesis.
His first credited recorded performance was on the Duke Jordan album Flight to Jordan in 1960.
He has served as a professor at The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in New York.
He married Slovenian choreographer Maya Milenovic.
He is perhaps best known for his work with legendary jazz saxophonist John Coltrane .
