ABOUT RICH GANNON

Four-time Pro Bowl NFL quarterback who was named NFL MVP in 2002. He played for the Oakland Raiders from 1999 to 2004.

He was a punter at the University of Delaware as a freshman, then began as a quarterback in his sophomore season.

He reached the Super Bowl in 2003 with the Raiders, but they lost to Warren Sapp and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Has two daughters, named Alexis and Danielle.

When he reached the Super Bowl with the Raiders, one of his wide receivers was the one and only Jerry Rice .
