DJ, producer and entrepreneur who became a legend in the club scene as the founder of the party nights Lil' Ricky's Rib Shack and Jump N Funk. As a producer, he has collaborated with artists like Jill Scott and J Dilla .

He grew up in Laketown, New Jersey. He played basketball at Cornell University before briefly going semi-pro.

He is an acclaimed spoken word artist whose work has been featured on records by Phil Asher, Nathan Haines and others.

He has a son with Tracy Washinsky.

He was hand-picked by rapper Q Tip to be his partner for the weekly party Open in New York City.
