Though he now fills arenas when he performs, he has posted he started out in whatever places would have him as singer.

He was a headliner at the Talisman Music Festival in 2015. He owns a private camping house in Burnt Ranch, SC.

He and his wife Ge Helena were married in the historic Basilica of Our Lady of Aparecida. He published a moving tribute to his son Victor Henrique on Father's Day in 2022. He shared a song they recorded together called "More Than Father and Son." A few weeks previously, he had written a loving note to his daughter, as well.
