It was during Rihanna 's Superbowl Performance that the world discovered she was expecting her second son with A$AP Rocky . Before his birth, the couple was featured on the cover of British Vogue with their other son RZA Athelston Mayers .

The news of his birth was shared with the public a month and a half later. In July 2023, A$AP Rocky released the song "RIOT (Rowdy Pipe'n)" which has been speculated to be directly connected to the then-upcoming birth of his son.

He was born at 7:41 am at Los Angeles' Cedars Sinai Hospital.

His brother, RZA Athelston Mayers , was named after Wu-Tang Clan member RZA .
