ABOUT RŌZE TRAORE
Chef and hotel owner. He owns the boutique hotel, La Fourchette de Roze on the Ivory Coast. He has created unique dining experiences for a variety of brands and celebrities like The New York Times and Louis Vuitton. On his rozetraore Instagram page, he has 80,000 followers who can see some of the meals he creates and his lifestyle.
He got interested in cooking as a kid when he was recovering from surgery due to a congenital heart condition. He attended Le Cordon Bleu, a famed culinary institute when he was 18.
He has worked in some of the most famous restaurants in the world including Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad. He also does a lot of work with charities to help communities that are food insecure.
He is from Portland, Oregon. His partner in his boutique hotel is his mom.
