ABOUT ROB PARSONS

Race car driver who is best known as "Chairslayer" and the first wheelchair-bound driver to compete in the USA.

Before his accident, due to which he became paraplegic, he was a BMX and motocross rider. He became a fan of sports and an athlete at an early age.

After his accident in the year 2011, he founded the Chairslayer Foundation to help others who have been disabled drive a car and race again with a performance vehicle. He created the "world's most advanced hand-control system for drifting."

He is from Lethbridge, Canada, and has been based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In February of 2023 he shared a photo reel of himself and girlfriend Ella Nguyen. His father, Tim Parsons, was present when he was being transported to the hospital after his accident.

In February of 2020, he raced against Layne Schranz.
